Overview

The Internal Communications Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing internal communications within a dynamic multinational pharmaceutical organization. This position entails leading the governance and ongoing management of the global employee communications platform while partnering with senior leaders to effectively convey strategic messages. The contractor will work collaboratively to develop communication plans and oversee content management on the company intranet, making a significant impact on employee engagement and organizational communication.

• Develop and execute communication plans for key business initiatives and organizational changes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to craft and communicate strategic business messages.
• Oversee the creation and publication of content on the company intranet.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in internal communications, employee communications, or corporate communications.
• Hands-on experience managing digital internal communication channels, employee apps, or intranet platforms.
• Strong project management skills with experience in content creation and stakeholder engagement.
