Overview
The Oracle Data Warehouse Developer will play a vital role in a hybrid work environment, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Data Warehouse solutions for a significant government project. Working closely with other IT transformation specialists, this contractor will leverage their expertise in Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle Analytics Server to ensure optimal data integration and reporting solutions. This position requires active SC Security Clearance and is aimed to start as early as July/August 2026.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Oracle Data Warehouse solutions, focusing on data modelling and integration.
- Implement Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) mappings for ETL processes.
- Create and maintain RPD Repository designs in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
- Develop, implement, and oversee OAS security protocols, including user roles and data-level security.
- Produce and develop OAS reports and dashboards to meet business analytics needs.
- Provide production support for existing Oracle OAS, ODI, and data warehouse objects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL, data, and reporting issues to ensure system stability.
- Engage in performance tuning of RPD objects, ODI mappings, and reports.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
- Proven track record in designing and developing data warehouse solutions.
- Experience in creating ETL processes and RPD Repository designs.
- Familiarity with security implementation in Oracle Analytics, including user role management.
- Ability to develop analytical reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Commitment to providing ongoing production support and system stability.
- Experience with Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) design is a plus.
- Active SC Security Clearance is essential for this role.
