Overview
We are seeking an experienced Retail Solution Architect to lead key architectural initiatives for a major transformation programme in a multi-site retail organization. In this role, you will collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that various technology solutions align with operational strategies and integrate effectively across different channels. This position is pivotal in shaping the implementation of new systems and modernizing existing retail technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and design across multiple retail locations.
- Support the implementation of a new home delivery platform.
- Support the implementation of a new hotel booking system.
- Drive EPOS modernization initiatives.
- Guide the introduction of a new till system.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational requirements and long-term strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering technology solutions within retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of retail technology architecture and store systems.
- Experience with EPOS platforms and modernization programmes.
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail solutions.
- Expertise in multi-site technology architecture and design.
- Ability to conduct end-to-end solution design across complex retail estates.
