Overview
The Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in the transformation of inventory management and supply chain capabilities for a global organization. Collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders, the key focus will be on designing end-to-end solutions that align with enterprise standards while ensuring scalability and resilience. The position is integral to shaping the future state architecture across various regions, particularly within industries such as food and beverage, retail, and FMCG.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for global inventory and supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Define target-state and transition architectures across inventory, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and supplier management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards, security, and integration principles.
- Work alongside delivery teams, product owners, and third-party vendors throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Review solution designs and provide architectural governance across multiple workstreams.
- Support vendor selection, solution evaluations, and architecture decision-making where required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with expertise in supply chain and inventory management.
- Strong background in food & beverage, food retail, hospitality, FMCG, or other perishable goods sectors.
- Familiarity with ERP and supply chain platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Blue Yonder, or Manhattan.
- Experience designing integration solutions across complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within global organizations.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks, specifically TOGAF, is desirable.
