Overview
The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for leading the delivery of a Consumer Goods Cloud project within a dynamic client environment. This role requires a seasoned professional who has spearheaded similar projects and is adept at guiding teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Collaboration with delivery teams and translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions will be key components of this position.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud programme from design through delivery.
- Own the solution architecture and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Guide the delivery team and provide hands-on leadership throughout the project.
- Act as the trusted technical voice in front of senior client stakeholders.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure the project remains on track technically, addressing any challenges as they arise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Proven experience leading a Consumer Goods Cloud project end to end.
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery teams and lead projects effectively.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly adapt and contribute within a fast-paced project environment.
