Overview
The AI Engineer will focus on developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models to support various business functions within a well-established consumer goods company. This role involves close collaboration with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to create production-ready AI solutions. The position emphasizes innovation and the adoption of advanced analytics to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for various business use cases.
- Develop scalable AI solutions to support customer, marketing, supply chain, and commercial functions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure successful model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies including generative AI and large language models as needed.
- Contribute to the development of a robust machine learning infrastructure and technical roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD principles, and model lifecycle management.
- Ability to build scalable data and AI solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries is advantageous.
