Overview
The Security Cleared Power Platform Developer will play a critical role in delivering a new Dataverse and Power Apps solution for a UK-based IT services provider. This hands-on development position involves working extensively with Power Platform technologies within an Azure DevOps-driven ALM environment, and requires strong expertise in building and implementing applications tailored for mobile and offline use. The contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop features that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop the new Dataverse data model.
- Create a model-driven administration application.
- Build a Canvas App optimized for Android tablets.
- Implement dynamic question rendering based on metadata.
- Develop configurable flow and validation logic.
- Ensure offline-first functionality and data synchronization.
- Manage lookup and reference data effectively.
- Support testing and defect resolution processes.
Requirements
- Active/live UK Security Clearance is required.
- Strong experience in Power Apps Canvas App development.
- Proficient in Dataverse design and implementation.
- Experience with Power Fx for custom logic.
- Hands-on experience with mobile/offline Power Apps.
- Understanding of model-driven applications and role-based security.
- Experience with integration between Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps-driven Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
