Overview
The Power Platform Developer will lead the development of a new Contract Lifecycle Management system designed to replace outdated vendor tools and legacy systems within a fast-growing SaaS/Fintech company. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a comprehensive solution utilizing Microsoft 365 technologies, including MS Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement 8 MS Dataverse tables with a defined state machine.
- Develop a model-driven app for Legal and Contracts Operations.
- Create Power Automate flows for document generation, capture, approvals, and filing.
- Design and configure Teams approval cards.
- Integrate DocuSign eSignature functionality.
- Facilitate Salesforce launch and write-back processes.
- Develop Power BI reporting packs for data visualization and insights.
- Proactively identify and suggest design improvements throughout the delivery process.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering contracting tools or similar workflow systems using Power Apps.
- Strong expertise in MS Dataverse and model-driven Power Apps.
- Experience with Power Automate for approvals and adaptive cards.
- Familiarity with SharePoint as part of the Microsoft 365 stack.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration and DocuSign API is a plus.
- Ability to effectively manage end-to-end project delivery against written specifications.
