Overview
As a CAD Designer on a contract basis, you will play a crucial role in producing drawing deliverables for subsea projects within the Oil & Gas sector, contributing to energy transition initiatives. You will collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure all drawings meet quality standards and deadlines while utilizing Autodesk CAD and Inventor software. Responsibilities
- Develop Autodesk CAD and Inventor models for subsea structures and pipelines.
- Produce project drawing deliverables in accordance with company standards.
- Discuss and resolve issues arising from drawing development with project managers and engineers.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards for deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to align on project objectives and requirements.
Requirements
- Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and Vault.
- Experience in creating drawing deliverables for subsea structures and pipelines.
- Background in oil and gas or energy transition sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with geographic information systems (GIS) software is beneficial.
- Experience in manifold design is preferred.
- Possess the right to work in the UK.
