Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change and Communications AI Consultant for a contract role within a consultancy focused on business and digital transformation. The successful candidate will collaborate with the AI and Innovation team to enhance awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI initiatives across the organization. This position requires supporting the AI strategy, developing effective communications for diverse audiences, and assisting senior stakeholders in showcasing AI activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the AI and Innovation Strategy and related materials.
- Lead the AI awareness and engagement activities, producing various communication formats.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to promote alignment and adoption.
- Develop clear communications for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an independent consultant in change and communications within complex organizations.
- Background in AI, digital, innovation, or transformation projects is preferred.
- Ability to create clear communication materials for senior leaders and varied audiences.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
