Overview
We are seeking a DV Cleared Project Manager for a high-profile Defence programme focused on critical infrastructure and technology changes. The role involves managing system migration projects in a secure MOD environment, working closely with technical teams, suppliers, and senior defence stakeholders. This hybrid position allows for a mix of on-site work in Corsham and remote collaboration, ensuring the successful implementation of various project initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of system migration projects.
- Coordinate activities associated with data centre build and infrastructure implementation.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
- Collaborate with technical teams, suppliers, and senior Defence stakeholders.
- Ensure projects adhere to MOD standards and governance.
- Facilitate project meetings, progress updates, and decision-making forums.
Requirements
- Current DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.
- Demonstrable Project Management experience with complex IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in managing system migrations.
- Exposure to data centre build, relocation, or infrastructure deployment projects.
- Previous experience in the MOD or wider Defence sector.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with structured project delivery methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, MSP).
