Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic technology firm focused on high-profile fibre and connectivity programmes. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with both technical and business teams to shape requirements and drive complex systems integration initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery across various platforms. Your expertise in fibre networks and connectivity services will be critical in navigating the challenges of integrating systems within a complex technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements across fibre and technology programmes.
- Lead workshops with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders to define future-state processes.
- Support end-to-end systems integration projects, ensuring data flows and dependencies are clearly understood.
- Produce process maps, gap analyses, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, architecture, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
- Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, and ensure successful business adoption of new solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within fibre, telecoms, connectivity, or broader technology environments.
- Strong background in delivering systems integration and transformation projects.
- Experience in mapping complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, fibre provisioning, OSS/BSS platforms, or related telecom systems is highly desirable.
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical outcomes.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
