Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with active SC Clearance to support a large-scale financial services transformation programme within a leading technology consultancy. The successful candidate will engage with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, and produce essential business analysis artefacts. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on critical initiatives while collaborating closely with delivery teams in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and produce high-quality business analysis artefacts.
- Write functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and process maps.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation and business readiness activities.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Active SC Clearance is essential.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services.
- Strong experience in Banking & Payments transformation.
- Experience delivering change within Trading, Investment Banking and/or Treasury environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working on complex transformation programmes.
- Desirable experience in one or more of the following: Financial Crime (AML, Fraud Detection, Sanctions), SAP/ERP Transformation, Data Analysis, CRM Transformation, Loans, Securities or Capital Markets, Financial Markets processes.
