Overview
The Client Solutions Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Shopify and Shopify Plus brands, ensuring an exceptional client experience while facilitating efficient project delivery. This fully remote position involves close collaboration with internal teams, including Strategy and Marketing, to maintain project organization, communication, and alignment. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in eCommerce and project management to build strong client relationships and guide projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of Shopify and Shopify Plus clients.
- Attend client video calls to understand business objectives and translate technical discussions to internal teams.
- Capture meeting notes and translate discussions into clear actions, tasks, and project briefs within ClickUp.
- Coordinate and deliver client roadmaps in collaboration with the Head of Strategy.
- Maintain project updates, timelines, and documentation in ClickUp for all client accounts.
- Hold internal teams accountable for project updates and task statuses.
- Send weekly client communication updates, including planning and progress summaries.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the client experience.
Requirements
- Must be UK-based and available to work during core UK business hours.
- 3+ years' experience in client success, account management, or project management in an eCommerce or digital agency.
- Strong experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
- Experience managing multiple clients and concurrent projects.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management platforms including ClickUp, Slack, and Fireflies.
- Confident in discussing technical aspects of Shopify with clients.
- Experience in a larger agency environment preferred.
