Responsibilities

- Create segmentation, propensity, forecasting, and recommendation models tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations effectively to technical teams and executive leadership.
- Support continuous improvement of data science methodologies and model performance monitoring frameworks.
- Stay updated with developments in data science and analytics to ensure cutting-edge innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience applying data science techniques within a commercial environment, preferably in retail.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, particularly with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong SQL skills with experience working with large-scale datasets and data warehousing solutions.
- Experience building predictive models, customer segmentation, propensity scoring, forecasting, and recommendation systems.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex analytical results into actionable insights.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
