Overview
This role offers an opportunity for a skilled Oracle Service Cloud Developer to assist in the development, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Service Cloud solutions aimed at optimizing customer service operations. The position is available as a flexible contract, suitable for both part-time and full-time candidates, and entails active collaboration with stakeholders to translate their needs into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate will engage in various technical activities and ensure compliance with best practices and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Oracle Service Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
- Design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, tables, and relationships.
- Develop and configure business rules, workflows, and automation processes.
- Support data management activities, including data imports and exports.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and configuration issues promptly.
- Support integrations between Oracle Service Cloud and third-party applications.
- Document technical designs and configurations for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in configuring and developing within the Oracle Service Cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of database design, SQL, and enterprise application integration.
- Oracle Service Cloud certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Ability to obtain DBS clearance if necessary.
- Familiarity with best practices and security standards in Oracle solutions.
