Overview
We are seeking a Design Validation Engineer specializing in Fuel Cells to join an aerospace consultancy on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will focus on validation and verification of HTPEM fuel cells, collaborating closely with a team dedicated to high-stakes aerospace projects. This position requires onsite presence near Malmesbury, Wiltshire, with no option for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct design validation and verification for fuel cell components and assemblies.
- Perform experimental data analysis to support fuel cell testing and characterization.
- Utilize root cause analysis for troubleshooting and problem-solving in design processes.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in validation and verification within fuel cell design.
- Strong background in HTPEM fuel cell technology.
- Proficiency in experimental data analysis and related methodologies.
- Familiarity with MATLAB is highly beneficial.
