Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Finance Transformation Consultant to lead a three-month initiative focused on enhancing revenue and accounts receivable processes for a private equity-backed SaaS company. In this role, you will collaborate with the Group Financial Controller and cross-functional teams to analyze current practices, implement improvements, and automate processes while acting as a bridge between Finance, Data, and Technology functions.
Responsibilities
- Map the current revenue lifecycle within NetSuite.
- Challenge existing practices and implement scalable processes.
- Structure and control the accounts receivable function.
- Identify opportunities for automation in management accounting.
- Collaborate with Finance and technical teams on reconciliations and business rules.
- Drive the diagnosis, design, and delivery of transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in finance transformation.
- Proven track record in scaling or complex organizations.
- Strong technical knowledge of revenue accounting and accounts receivable.
- Experience in fintech, payments, insurance, or a related financial services environment.
- Ability to collaborate across Finance and technical domains.
