Overview
The HiBob Implementation Specialist will support a 6-month implementation project for a leading Private Markets firm rolling out HiBob. This hands-on role requires an experienced individual who can manage delivery from configuration through to go-live, engaging with HR and business stakeholders throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the end-to-end HiBob implementation.
- Configure HiBob, including workflows, permissions, reports, and core HR data structures.
- Build and support integrations with surrounding HR, payroll, and business systems.
- Map and improve existing HR processes as part of the rollout.
- Manage data migration, validation, and cleanup.
- Engage HR and business stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned throughout.
- Own delivery against timelines, flagging risks and dependencies early.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading or playing a key role in a HiBob implementation.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HiBob configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience working across HR systems, data, and process improvement.
- Confident in engaging HR and business stakeholders with the ability to manage delivery.
- Financial services experience is strongly preferred, ideally in asset management, private equity, or a similar environment.
