Overview
We are looking for an experienced M365 Digital Workplace Project Manager to lead initiatives that enhance communication, collaboration, and employee experience in a global enterprise setting. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and third-party implementation partners to ensure successful delivery and effective integration of Microsoft 365 solutions. This contracting position is expected to last for an initial period of six months and is categorized as Outside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital workplace projects across Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Act as the primary point of coordination for third-party implementation partners, ensuring delivery quality, timelines and outcomes are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and status reporting.
- Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technology teams and external suppliers.
- Drive user adoption, communications and change management activities to support successful business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support governance processes and provide regular updates to project sponsors.
- Support the adoption of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Viva and Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects within global organisations.
- Strong project management experience, including planning, governance, risk and issue management.
- Understanding of digital workplace, collaboration and employee experience solutions.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers, implementation partners or system integrators.
- Microsoft Teams deployment, migration and adoption initiatives.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and modern intranet solutions.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Viva & Copilot capabilities.
- Proven skills in organisational change management, communications and user adoption activities.
