Overview
The Microsoft 365 Tenant Integration & Migration Consultant plays a critical role in leading the integration of a newly acquired business into the Radar Healthcare technology environment. This hands-on position involves managing the entire migration lifecycle, including assessment, design, migration, and post-migration stabilization, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document the source Microsoft 365 environment.
- Design coexistence and target-state architecture.
- Migrate Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Transition Slack channels, workflows, and integrations.
- Manage the migration of Entra ID applications, SSO, SCIM, and automation platforms.
- Coordinate device transitions using Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Oversee domain, DNS, and mail-flow cutover activities.
- Produce migration runbooks, validation reports, and governance documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams migrations.
- Experience with Entra ID, SSO, and SCIM integrations.
- Familiarity with migration tools like ShareGate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Understanding of Power Platform, PowerShell, and automation remediation.
- Expertise in DNS, domain transfer, and related security protocols.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
