Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with valid SC Clearance, proficient in operating across the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to implementation, and capable of contributing to strategic advisory work. This role requires a strong analytical thinker with hands-on experience in operating model transformation, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement, focusing on technology-enabled change and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Elicit business requirements using structured techniques such as interviews and workshops.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and AI-enabled decision support within business processes.
- Model and optimize processes using BPMN 2.0 and value stream mapping.
- Produce high-quality documentation including requirements, user stories, and process maps.
- Support test planning and user acceptance testing for automated workflows.
- Contribute to the development of digital and technology strategies, including AI components.
- Design and implement operating models while assessing current-state and future-state gaps.
- Create strategic roadmaps and evaluate options for technology solutions, including AI vs non-AI alternatives.
Requirements
- Valid SC Clearance is essential.
- Proven experience in business analysis and delivery with a focus on ITSM and operating models.
- Familiarity with process modeling, automation tools, and AI-related requirements.
- Strong technical proficiency with tools such as BPMN, Miro, Visio, and Jira.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrable background in producing business cases with financial modeling.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, IT Service Management, or Agile methodologies are preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
