Overview
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Implementation Consultant for a 3-month remote contract to assist in enhancing a software company's CRM and revenue operations systems. The successful contractor will be responsible for system integration, data migration from multiple sources, and optimizing the use of HubSpot and Xero, working closely with Finance and Sales teams to ensure seamless data management and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Review the existing HubSpot environment and recommend improvements to configuration and data models.
- Manage the migration and consolidation of data from legacy CRM systems into HubSpot.
- Configure HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, and workflows in alignment with business needs.
- Implement and optimize the integration between HubSpot and Xero for accurate data synchronization.
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales stakeholders to ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Support the implementation of HubSpot Revenue Hub and related processes.
- Contribute to the development of HubSpot Service Hub and manage related data migration tasks.
- Document integrations, data mappings, and processes for ongoing management.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM implementation and configuration.
- Proven experience in CRM data migrations, including cleansing and mapping.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with finance platforms like Xero.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's data structures, workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration tools such as Zapier or Workato.
- Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong engagement skills for collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Technology teams.
- Desirable: Previous experience with HubSpot Revenue Hub and subscription billing models.
