Overview
The IAM Technical Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing and managing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms, with a specific focus on SailPoint. This role involves collaboration with a team to ensure seamless integration with various identity services and adherence to security compliance standards. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to manage identity lifecycle processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of identity management practices.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SailPoint for identity governance and administration.
- Integrate IGA platforms with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD.
- Develop approval workflows and access request processes.
- Conduct access certification, recertification, and attestation campaigns.
- Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) automation processes.
- Provide technical documentation and runbook guidelines.
- Troubleshoot issues related to provisioning and synchronization.
- Oversee application connector development and configuration.
Requirements
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with SailPoint.
- Experience with Saviynt, Omada, or One Identity platforms.
- Proven ability to integrate IGA with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management and JML automation.
- Knowledge of RBAC modeling, role mining, and entitlement management.
- Familiarity with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a hybrid identity environment.
- Ability to obtain SC-level national security clearance.
