Overview
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Business Analyst to join our dynamic team focused on implementing innovative software solutions for the energy industry. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate the implementation of our software products, COLLAB EMS® and COLLABWELLS®. You will serve as a vital link between clients and our product development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of COLLAB EMS® and COLLABWELLS® within client organizations.
- Work with clients to understand their existing processes, workflows, data, and business requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes using BPM diagrams, flow charts, and process maps.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes through technology and workflow automation.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate implementation activities between clients and the product/development teams.
- Run client workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions to facilitate user adoption.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Analyst, Product Owner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and process analysis.
- Experience creating and interpreting BPM diagrams, flow charts, and process maps.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience working with SaaS or enterprise software products is preferred.
