Interim Systems Integration Manager

Overview

The Interim Systems Integration Manager will lead a critical business systems transformation effort for a professional services group, focusing on the integration and implementation of a new technology stack across multiple operating companies. This role involves hands-on programme leadership, aligning systems, data, and processes to create a scalable operating model that supports future growth and acquisitions. The successful contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of the transformation programme.

Responsibilities

  • Map current business processes and data flows across multiple operating companies.
  • Lead the integration of ERP, CRM, HR, and project operations systems.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Facilitate process mapping and discovery workshops to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure systems support real-time business reporting and operational visibility.
  • Create scalable integration standards for future acquisitions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, software vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering complex systems integration or transformation programmes.
  • Strong background in ERP, CRM, HRIS, or professional services systems implementation.
  • Experience working within multi-site or multi-entity organisations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership teams.
  • Strong process mapping and business analysis capability.
  • Experience managing software vendors and implementation partners.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sage Intacct implementation experience is a plus.
