Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a critical website development project through its go-live phase. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal stakeholders, users, and external partners, ensuring effective delivery of a customer-facing website. This role is a vital part of the Marketing team and offers a hybrid working arrangement, enabling collaboration in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex customer-facing website project.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners on UX, content, CMS, SEO, and analytics.
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Oversee technical teams and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management tools like Jira or Fresh Desk to monitor progress and facilitate workflows.
- Adapt to changing requirements and project needs while maintaining focus on deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex websites or digital products.
- Strong project management and delivery skills.
- Solid understanding of UX, SEO, analytics, and CMS platforms.
- Experience in managing technical teams and external partners.
