Overview
The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing projects within a prestigious Private Equity firm. This position requires collaboration with senior stakeholders and will involve managing vendor relationships while ensuring that multiple projects are planned and executed effectively. The contractor will work in a hybrid model, spending three days a week in the office, within a 12-month rolling contract.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Oversee vendor management processes and establish strong vendor relationships.
- Implement PMO reporting mechanisms to track project progress and outcomes.
- Utilize Treasury Management Systems (TMS) knowledge to enhance project execution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a trading or Private Equity environment.
- Strong background in vendor management with demonstrable experience.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems, particularly Quantum, is beneficial.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in stakeholder management and PMO processes.
