Overview
In this role, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple project initiatives within a top-tier private equity environment. The contractor will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, ensuring effective project execution and vendor management while utilizing their extensive experience in treasury and TMS systems, specifically Quantum. This position is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week in the office, and is structured as a 12-month rolling contract.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple project initiatives concurrently.
- Facilitate senior stakeholder engagement and management.
- Ensure comprehensive PMO reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate vendor management processes and relationships.
- Drive project planning and execution strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals and timelines.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager within a trading or private equity environment.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems, particularly Quantum, is preferred.
- Proven background in vendor management.
- Strong experience with simultaneous project planning and execution.
- Ability to effectively manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in PMO reporting and documentation management.
