Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of a critical business platform aimed at enhancing partner relationships and customer engagement within the financial services sector. In this hybrid position, you will collaborate with both business and technology teams, managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing product backlogs to achieve strategic change and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are prioritized and delivered effectively.
- Manage the product backlog, balancing competing business priorities and available resources.
- Drive continuous improvement and value realization throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead roadmap planning and prioritization discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Promote Agile methodologies across business and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with technology and operational teams to enhance delivery outcomes.
- Oversee relationships with third-party suppliers and strategic partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Senior Product Owner, or Product Manager in a complex organization.
- Significant background in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and backlog priorities.
- Experience within the Financial Services industry, particularly in Banking, Lending, or Insurance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to engage senior business leaders.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments and translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer, operational, and business needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and delivery partners.
