Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with enhanced DV clearance to lead the delivery of complex software and technology programmes in a secure environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering teams, technical leads, and senior stakeholders to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery through Agile and Kanban methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple projects and teams.
- Drive Agile/Kanban delivery and optimize delivery flow.
- Manage programme-level risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID activities.
- Provide concise reporting and delivery visibility to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
- Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance.
Requirements
- Active Enhanced DV clearance is mandatory.
- Experience in delivering complex software or digital programmes.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and flow-based delivery.
- Proven stakeholder and programme management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and cross-team dependencies.
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
