Overview
The Power Platform Consultant will establish Power Platform as a governed enterprise capability by laying the foundations necessary for its long-term ownership and growth. This role involves working with various stakeholders to operationalise Power Platform capabilities within medium to large organizations, focusing on governance, architecture, security, and operational readiness. The consultant will also support internal teams through knowledge transfer and best practices, ensuring a sustainable in-house capability.
Responsibilities
- Establish governance frameworks for enterprise-scale Power Platform environments.
- Design and support Power Platform solutions integrated with Microsoft technologies.
- Implement security controls and manage tenant configurations within regulated environments.
- Define deployment, release management, and service transition practices.
- Develop Centre of Excellence approaches promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Enable internal teams through coaching and hands-on delivery.
- Support complex enterprise solutions throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and operationalising Power Platform capabilities in medium to large organisations.
- Strong understanding of governance, architecture, security, and operational management.
- Experience designing and integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services.
- Knowledge of platform security, identity management, and lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in implementing governance frameworks and control mechanisms.
- Experience in developing support models and best practice frameworks.
- Ability to coach teams and foster sustainable in-house capabilities.
