Overview
We are seeking a skilled Test Manager with active SC clearance to oversee end-to-end test delivery across multiple projects in a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will lead both manual and automation testing teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes. This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in test strategy development and a strong focus on automation.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive test strategies aligned to project objectives.
- Lead manual, automation, and performance testing teams while mentoring and coaching team members.
- Manage the complete test lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Review test plans, automation frameworks, and performance scripts to ensure quality.
- Own test metrics, dashboards, and reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Proactively manage and escalate test-related risks across engagements.
- Ensure quality gate ownership through the CI/CD process.
Requirements
- Active SC clearance is required for this role.
- Proven experience in managing QA teams across multiple projects or streams.
- Strong background in test automation and familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, Cucumber, and NeoLoad.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Git.
- Working knowledge of API, performance, security, and accessibility testing.
- Advanced understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Experience in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
