Overview
The Lead Business Analyst (BA) will play a pivotal role in a consulting project focused on a strategic CRM transformation for a major insurance client. Collaborating with various stakeholders, the contractor will lead multiple initiatives, ensure effective delivery across workstreams, and enhance the emerging BA capabilities within the team. This position requires a high level of independence and leadership, ideal for a seasoned consultant with relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead BA activity across multiple CRM transformation initiatives while coordinating the wider BA team.
- Own stakeholder engagement, roadmap development, business cases, and benefits realization.
- Drive delivery across strategic and operational workstreams with a high degree of autonomy.
- Support the development of an emerging BA capability within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an independent consultant at the Lead BA / Senior Consultant level.
- Strong leadership and delivery management expertise.
- Experience in the insurance sector, particularly in CRM transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
