Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a prominent Private Equity firm for a 12-month rolling contract. This hybrid position will involve working primarily on treasury-related projects, including TMS and Quantum systems, with a strong emphasis on vendor management and stakeholder engagement. The contractor will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to oversee multiple projects and ensure successful delivery within the private equity sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects within a private equity environment.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure effective performance management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Generate and maintain PMO reporting to track project progress.
- Facilitate regular communication with senior management and project teams.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in trading or private equity firms.
- Strong understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), particularly Quantum is a plus.
- Extensive experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent project planning and organization skills.
- Familiarity with PMO reporting processes and tools.
