Overview
The Enterprise Solutions Architect will provide strategic architecture leadership to shape the future-state digital landscape across various functional areas including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, the architect will assess current capabilities and develop a comprehensive enterprise solution blueprint aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and integration across all processes. This role requires a strong background in enterprise architecture within core manufacturing organizations, ensuring alignment between design, manufacturing, and construction processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead assessments of current-state business capabilities, applications, data, and integrations.
- Define the future-state enterprise architecture for Design-to-Manufacture-to-Construct processes.
- Develop an enterprise solution blueprint encompassing Engineering & Design, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain & Logistics, Construction Delivery, Finance & Commercial, and HR & Workforce Management.
- Assess opportunities for platform consolidation and system rationalization.
- Define integration requirements among ERP, MES, PLM, BIM, Scheduling, and Data platforms.
- Facilitate executive workshops and architecture decision forums.
- Produce transformation roadmaps and investment recommendations.
Requirements
- Significant experience in enterprise architecture within construction, manufacturing, or major infrastructure environments.
- Experience with integrating ERP, MES, PLM, and project delivery platforms.
- Knowledge of digital engineering and BIM ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement abilities with CIO, COO, and operational leadership teams.
- Familiarity with TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture frameworks.
