Overview
The Senior Solutions Architect will join a significant transformation programme within the Financial Services sector, focusing on translating business needs into comprehensive solution designs. Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution designs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Bridge communication between business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership from requirements through design and into delivery.
- Utilize integration patterns and event-driven architecture to design solutions.
- Ensure the adherence to non-functional requirements and governance standards.
- Lead architectural discussions and design sessions with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Solutions Architect in large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong Microsoft Azure background with hands-on delivery experience.
- Experience in UK Retail Banking, particularly in Mortgages and Savings.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and resilience in architecture.
- Demonstrated ownership of design and delivery processes.
