Overview
The Solution Architect will work within the Private Equity sector, responsible for leading the definition of the target-state solution architecture for a Private Markets NAV operating model. This role involves collaboration with AI and Data leads, ensuring the architecture is robust for future integration with processes such as Transfer Agency and Financial Reporting. The position is designed for an experienced professional who will operate independently while delivering high-quality outputs with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Own the target-state Solution and Integration Architecture, defining interactions among core platforms.
- Define technical requirements and non-functional requirements to an implementation-ready standard.
- Conduct build-vs-buy assessments from a technology perspective.
- Support feasibility proof of concepts as needed.
- Collaborate with AI and Data leads, leading workshops to achieve optimal solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, both orally and in writing.
- Operate independently to produce deliverables under the guidance of the tech lead.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the Private Equity sector.
- Strong knowledge of Private Markets NAV operations and related systems (Aurum, Finbourne, LemonEdge, etc.).
- Ability to define target-state architectures and technical requirements.
- Experience in conducting technology assessments and feasibility studies.
- Demonstrated capability to lead workshops and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients.
- Ability to operate independently and manage deliverables with minimal oversight.
