Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in a large-scale healthcare digital transformation project, focusing on enhancing access to digital healthcare services for end users. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and delivery teams, the successful contractor will take ownership of a specific workstream to gather requirements, map processes, and support solution delivery within a remote working environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis across the assigned workstream.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather insights and feedback.
- Map and improve processes and user journeys to enhance user experience.
- Produce requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Design, and Technical teams for successful implementation.
- Support prioritization, backlog refinement, and delivery planning activities.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder requirements effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in NHS digital transformation, specifically with patient-facing digital services.
- Strong background as a Senior Business Analyst in complex transformation programmes.
- Excellent skills in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in process mapping and business process improvement techniques.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to confidently engage with both business and technical teams.
- Strong workshop facilitation and communication skills are essential.
