Overview
We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to support a transformation portfolio for a key client. The consultant will play a crucial role in analyzing and structuring a wide array of initiatives to ensure they align with the organization's strategic goals, ultimately aiding leadership in their decision-making processes regarding transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Apply an existing benefits framework across the transformation portfolio.
- Build a catalogue of benefits across up to 60 initiatives.
- Create a consolidated view of benefits and link them back to individual programmes/projects.
- Build a portfolio catalogue covering scope, key milestones and dependencies.
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify project deliverables and objectives.
- Simplify complex portfolio information for leadership to facilitate better decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in change and transformation consulting.
- Strong background in benefits management and realization.
- Ability to work with a large portfolio while engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled in organizing disparate information into a structured and coherent format.
- Experience in portfolio-level transformation analysis.
- Eligibility to complete BPSS clearance is required.
