Overview
We are looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant to provide essential support within the integration landscape of Workday. The consultant will work closely with both functional and technical stakeholders to ensure the stability and performance of existing integrations while addressing any issues that arise. This role offers a chance to contribute to critical business processes in a remote or hybrid working arrangement for an initial contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for existing Workday integrations.
- Monitor integration performance and proactively identify issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, errors, and performance issues.
- Implement sustainable fixes by diagnosing root causes.
- Support inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
- Develop, modify, and maintain Workday integration solutions where required.
- Perform impact analysis for requested changes and enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering and supporting Workday Integrations in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday APIs.
- Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues and analyzing logs.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and data flows.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Desirable: Experience with middleware platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft; Workday Integration certifications.
