Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Knowledge Graph Engineer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level Knowledge Graph solutions aimed at enhancing AI-driven applications. This fully remote position, based in the UK, will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that platforms built using Neo4j, Graphiti, and GLiNER are scalable and secure while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy enterprise Knowledge Graph solutions.
- Build scalable, secure and reusable AI platform components.
- Develop Python-based microservices and integrate with Azure services, Snowflake, SharePoint, and REST APIs.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines along with automated testing and monitoring.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and operational resilience of systems.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams.
- Produce technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with Neo4j, Knowledge Graphs, Graphiti, and GLiNER.
- Experience delivering production solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST API integration.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with large language models, embeddings, and hybrid search strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and capability in technical documentation.
