Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Organisational Change Manager (OCM) to facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of SAP Finance transformation programmes in a fully remote capacity. The contractor will engage with stakeholders, assess business readiness, and develop communication strategies to ensure seamless transitions throughout the project, ultimately driving user adoption and realisation of benefits following go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management activities across SAP Finance implementations.
- Conduct stakeholder, impact, and business readiness assessments.
- Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and training strategies.
- Support Finance teams through process and organisational change.
- Drive user adoption and benefits realisation before and after go-live.
Requirements
- Proven Organisational Change Management experience within SAP programmes.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and business users.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation is desirable.
- Prosci, APMG Change Management, or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
