Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to lead the process of migrating finance data from multiple legacy systems into Oracle Fusion. In this remote role, you will work closely with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure a smooth end-to-end migration and cutover process. Your expertise will drive data quality, governance, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end finance data migration and cutover workstream.
- Lead migration planning, governance, and mock loads.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.
- Drive data quality and resolution of issues.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and sign-off activities.
- Ensure successful execution of the final cutover.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Finance data migrations (2-3 projects).
- Strong experience in cutover planning and execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and programme leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion is essential.
- Hands-on leadership capability in managing complex delivery projects.
