Overview
We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support an extensive global rollout program. This remote contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of Employee Central across various regions.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Gather and validate business requirements with HR stakeholders.
- Configure Employee Central in line with global processes and local requirements.
- Support testing, defect resolution, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Work closely with HR, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Strong hands-on EC configuration skills.
- Experience working on global or multi-country rollouts.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is desirable.
