Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in technology divestments and business separations to join a significant enterprise transformation program. This role entails taking ownership of complex projects from planning to implementation, collaborating with various teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure a successful separation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be pivotal in managing the intricacies of business entity separations within a high-profile context.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end divestment and business separation projects from discovery to implementation.
- Define and manage project scope, plans, milestones, budgets, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate internal technical and business workstreams for successful project delivery.
- Manage dependencies between applications, infrastructure, data, and business operations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.
- Oversee testing, migration, cutover, implementation, and transition into BAU.
- Provide clear governance and reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering IT divestments or business separations.
- Strong hands-on Project Management experience in complex enterprise settings.
- Experience managing projects from initiation to implementation/go-live.
- Proficient in stakeholder, vendor, and third-party management.
- In-depth understanding of project governance, RAID, dependencies, and budgets.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple business and technical teams in transformation environments.
- Experience in ERP/SAP, CRM, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Migration, or Cyber/Security is advantageous.
