Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee network expansion and technical transformation initiatives in a dynamic telecommunications setting. The contractor will coordinate efforts across multiple teams and external partners, ensuring the delivery of seamless connectivity and operational readiness. This role is particularly suited for those with a robust background in telecoms, network infrastructure, and systems integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead fibre and network infrastructure delivery projects from inception to completion.
- Manage complex technical change programmes across technology, operations, and network teams.
- Own project plans, budgets, RAID management, governance, and reporting.
- Drive delivery across API integration, connectivity, and OSS/BSS workstreams.
- Lead partner onboarding activities across Layer 2 and Layer 3 network services.
- Manage technical and operational integration projects with external partners.
- Coordinate suppliers, engineers, and third-party delivery partners.
- Provide clear project updates, risk reporting, and status updates to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong project management experience within telecommunications or network infrastructure environments.
- Experience delivering API integration and systems integration projects.
- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS platforms and operational processes.
- Proven experience in wholesale telecoms, carrier or network operator environments.
- Hands-on experience with Ethernet and connectivity-based projects.
- Knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking environments.
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management experience.
- PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
