Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support a significant Salesforce transformation project within a major UK infrastructure organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to replace the existing Works Management System with Salesforce Field Service, fundamentally altering how work is planned, scheduled, and executed across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, specifically in Field Service.
- Conduct discovery, gather requirements, and facilitate process transformation.
- Analyze and improve field service and workforce management operations.
- Manage complex systems integration projects.
- Challenge and engage stakeholders and implementation partners effectively.
- Shape future state processes and ensure successful operational transformation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, particularly in Field Service.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Field Service / Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Strong background in field service, workforce management, or operational transformation.
- Experience with complex systems integration.
- Ability to challenge existing processes and influence stakeholders.
- Background in utilities or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
