Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst for a 12-month contract role focused on improving B2B e-commerce and business systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders, product management, engineering, data teams, and external technology partners to develop scalable solutions that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and communicate risks and recommendations.
- Analyze and enhance B2B commerce processes, customer journeys, and operational workflows.
- Translate complex business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and bug reports.
- Investigate system, integration, and data issues to identify root causes and support resolutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Business Analysis within B2B e-commerce, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Experience with complex systems, integrations, and data handling.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to make informed decisions.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and ERP/system integration is a plus.
