Overview
As a Test Manager specializing in SAP S/4HANA Payroll, you will oversee the testing workstream of a critical implementation project. Collaborating with multiple teams, you will ensure thorough testing and successful delivery of SAP Payroll systems. This role demands strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively and streamline testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate testing across multiple teams for SAP S/4HANA Payroll implementations.
- Manage the test management workstream, ensuring all testing phases are executed efficiently.
- Utilize TOSCA or similar test automation tools to enhance testing procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate testing progress and address any issues.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of testing processes and outcomes.
- Quickly onboard to the project and provide guidance on testing methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering SAP S/4HANA Payroll implementations.
- Strong background in Test Management/Test Lead roles within SAP programmes.
- Hands-on experience with TOSCA or comparable test automation tools.
- Thorough understanding of SAP testing processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site two days per week in Edinburgh.
